We carry public liability insurance for £500,000. This is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol.

Health and Safety

We adhere to all health and food safety regulations and maintain a food hygiene certificate.

All of our equipment is regularly PAT tested.

We carry all appropriate alcohol and temporary event licences.

Terms and Conditions

Please note all bookings are secured with a non-refundable £100 deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid up to 2 weeks before the event date. Bookings cancelled within 1 week of the event will incur a 50% charge of the full hire price. Bookings cancelled within 3 days of the event date will incur the full hire charge.
Chosen flavours and items are subject to availability. Should any variety of ice cream/sorbet, sweet or otherwise become unavailable, a suitable alternative will be offered.
Travel and VAT are included in your price unless otherwise stated.
Please advise us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will assess the situation on the day of hire and communicate with you on whether we will be able to attend. If we are unable to fulfil our agreement, we can liaise regarding an alternative date, or negotiate a refund for any unfulfilled service.
Please ensure there is parking space available for our transport vehicle.
It is your responsibility to ensure venues are aware that you’ve booked us. We are happy to liaise with them if they have any questions.
