Essential Package
£125 - including the hire of the bike with set-up and take-down for 2 hours, and all equipment (spoons, tubs, napkins).
All-Inclusive Package
£300 based on servings for 100 guests, including the hire of the bike with set-up and take-down for 2 hours, with a choice of 5 ice cream flavours (plus vegan and child options) and all accompaniments (spoons, tubs, napkins, Cadbury Flakes, toppings and sauces).
Add or subtract £2 per head (min. 50 guests).

Hosting Requirements
Our ice cream trike measures 205cm in length and 93cm in width. We require a 2.5m/sq serving area. Doorways should be at least 100cm wide to allow access. Alternatively, if outdoors, grounds should be solid and even. Unfortunately, we cannot move our equipment up or down any stairs.
The freezer is battery operated but access to a mains outlet will be needed if hire time exceeds 4 hours.
